Third time in two months. My drive-thru order was wrong. All three times what I got was not what I paid for and what I got cost less than what I paid for. Then today the large chili did not have the lid snapped down so before I got home I had chili all over the floor of my vehicle. The "Big Bacon Classic" burger I got was not much more than a simple cheeseburger with a couple pickles, a tiny piece of lettuce, two very thin pieces of bacon and a couple onion pieces. For that I paid $5.39 for the sandwich only. If that really was a Big Bacon Classic burger, don't get it. It is WAY overpriced for the small cheeseburger you get. I ordered medium fries but got, and paid for, large fries. I don't check my order in the drive-thru lane as it holds up everyone behind me. But I highly recommend you take each of your items out of the bag(s), check them, make sure they gave you what they charged you for, make sure lids are on tight, etc. Then be on your way. In the attached picture, note the width of the sandwich compared to the receipt next to it. Three bites and that little thing is history. I will not go to the specific location again. Three out of three is pathetic.
Desired outcome: Nothing. I'm sure the employees meant well. I was the dupe but won't fall for that place again.
