I went to McDonalds located at 364 US-6 Valparaiso IN 46385, Drive thru at
1:33 on sat March 26. I order 2 qtr lb w/ch n pickles and a plain hamburger and dite coke . drove home looked in the bag and the order was wrong. I recived a sm fry s m nugget. well I drove back and went to the drive thru again, they took my order and receipt and I drove hone again. now 30 min after placing the org order. took 2 bags of frozen food out of the car and sat down to eat. the food was warm to cold. I look at the grill ticket only to fine that the time on the ticket was the org order that they screw up on over 30 mins earlier . so they did not even re make their mistake just put my 1st order under a heat lamp(I think) also they never return my receipt(probally so I couldn't complain)... now I know mistakes will happen but same McDonalds made mistakes on my 2 prior trips. 1 time I order no pickles..got pickles(no problem I just took them off. 2nd time was during a 30mi lunck break it took over 20 mins to get my order(they had me park in front of the store to wait and had to run out the order(once again the order was a hamburger no pickles). I go to fast food places 2-3 times a week, mostly it use to be McDonalds, but switch to Burger KIng (next store) because of the mistakes. this was my 1st trip back to your store and found service is no better.so back to Buger king I guess.
