My doctor called in an inhaler and I asked my teenage son to go by and pick it up. The pharmacist Jennifer did not explain the $295 co pay or possible side effects of the medication. My son paid with his debit card not fully knowing what the charge was. Before leaving the drive through my wife advised my son to return the medication. The pharmacist was rude and forceful toward my son and refused to return the medication. I called the manager of the store Lea Ann and she was very nice and encouraged me to call the pharmacy manager on Monday 1/25/2021. I tried calling and could not get through to the manager Adrienne.
I drove by the pharmacy to pick up another script and asked to speak with Adrienne the pharmacy mgr. Before I could say much she stated she was not going to return the medication and I could transfer all other meds to someone else, in fact she said she would help.
So a few minutes ago I spoke with someone at the CVS corp. This person had nothing to offer.
I expected more from CVS, not necessarily a full refund but something. Maybe a little empathy, good will, something.
As suggested by your pharmacy manager, I will move our scripts away from CVS and I'm sure you will not feel or care about the impact.

Desired outcome: You lost a good customer, I dont expect anything from you. A $300 medication lost you much more than that.
