Our grandson was to start a certain medicine on 16 Jan 2021. The pharmacy had the order for this medicine on 11 Jan and they did not even order the medicine until some time on 13 January and then told me the medicine would not be in until Tuesday of next week after telling my daughter that it would be on Friday the 15th but when I to pick up the medicine they told me it hadn't been even ordered until the 14 of January which I feel this is unacceptable. When they knew he was supposed to start the medicine this weekend. They told me to go to the other pharmacies in town to see if they carried is he had to be on the medicine this weekend then I had to call his doctor to get a prescription to a different and his doctor office was only open until noon on Fridays I feel that they owe an apology for my daughter because she had to take time off work to get this problem solved we reported this also to Aetna because they are wanting their employees to use CVS pharmacies If this keeps happening them CVS will lose a lot of business
