I found blood on our comforter
Called front desk they said someone was coming pm ttooxqe
30 min later I called back. They said are there any sheets outside your room?n. N I’mn I’mn
I said, Wouldn’t they knock? I have to make the bed myself?
A young man came with a single sheet for a bunk bed. I needed a comforter for the Queen bed. He returned with the needed bedding.
I had to help him make the bed.
The next day Gary called me. Offered apology and half off my stay.
It took 6 days to get my refund and there was a 50.00 towel fee taken out of that!

Great Wolf Lodge - Preferred parking
Dear great Wolf Lodge
Hello, Our names are Jeff and Janet Myers, we are long time customers of your lodge here in Kansas City. I would say that we have stayed with you approximatively 20 times over the years. We started our stays with our own children and now are bringing our grandchildren. However the last time we stayed (25 - 26 May 2023) I found that the lodge put up preferred parking signs and required payment if you parked in these preferred parking spots, but I only found a few handicap parking spots in the front and a few on each side of the building well away from the main entrance. There was far more preferred parking spots that required a payment than there was handicap parking. I found it very difficult to find a close free or handicap parking spot as a 100% disabled Vet. From my perspective it appears that you value profit over your customers and your decision to install payed parking spots made my visit just a little more uncomfortable and difficult. I sincerely request that you take down your for profit preferred parking and install additional handicap parking for your disable customers.

Great Wolf Lodge - Experience/service
The phone in our room did not work we had to walk to the front desk 3 plus times to complain as the room above us had people jumping/stomping from 10pm-1am. Security did nothing. Unsupervised kids were running up and down the hallways past 11pm scream stomping again nothing was done. No one in our family was able to sleep worst experience ever I want a refund this is not what I spend $400 on to not have any service and action taken!
Desired outcome: Refund in full!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
