Entire order was horrible, honey BBQ wings had absolutely no sauce on them, and biscuits were dry. Called to complain Veronica Lopez said bring back receipt. Came back to replace order and had to wait 20 minutes just for store manager Yazmin Cruz to come out of her office to help me. Then she tells me that out of everything on my receipt would only replace 6 wings because that's all that Veronica wrote down. Yazmin treated me extremely horrible in front of tons of other customers an basically called me a liar although she could clearly she the receipt as well as I wrote down the exact time and date I originally spoke with Veronica. After telling Yazmin I was going to contact corporate because of how she was treating me and talking to me, she then throws my receipt back at me and says "Well bye" and proceeds to walk off. It is unbelievable that KFC allows this type of service and treatment of their customers. And then the employees get away with it because it's impossible to actually speak with anyone in corporate office that cares.
