Extended Stay America

I am formally reporting my experience at Extended Stay America – Shawnee Mission in Merriam, KS.

Before arriving, I confirmed that my accommodation was available and was assured everything was sorted. However, upon arrival I was informed there were no rooms available, which left me stranded unexpectedly.

When the manager became involved, the situation worsened instead of being resolved professionally. The handling of this matter caused significant distress, inconvenience, and additional hardship.

I am requesting a formal investigation into this incident, along with appropriate resolution regarding my booking, refund, and the treatment I received.

I am at 6451 e frontage road in Merriam Kansas. And by far the front desk person, Darion or whatever. African American man heavy set is the worst customer service ever. Not willing to help or work with me, and I have been here a month. Attitude lazy and just overall displeasing. Does not know job or purely unwilling to help. No towels roaches and bugs police are here constantly. We tried to explain payment situation and getting it today and he refused to give me time for money to get here. SD 11am he is coming. He truly needs to be fired and I will share my experience with everyone I know and will never ever stay here again
