I was just as Wendy's and ran in and get a frosty. There were probably 4 vehicles in line at drive through. When I went in the door there were 4 people in line and two people that were sitting down and waiting on their food. I could see 6 employees and they were actually just standing around. One older man only wanted a thing of fries, and he finally asked what's the problem? The lady said we have people in the drive through to take care of. Even though people were standing and not doing anything. The man then said but the fry basket is full of cooked fries, and I've been waiting forever for just fries. Another lady was just waiting for a glass, because she had ordered water and wanted her some water while she was waiting on her order. I was there approximately 20 minutes just to get a frosty. I gave the lady $5.00 and she had to get someone else to go get change, which means she didn't have $2.47 cents in her drawer. which is pathetic. Most fast-food places have an assistant manager and a manager. So, if one of them were there, they need to learn to do their job. It's called fast food for a reason, and all employees need to learn to pull together and do their job to take care of the customers. It was like the employees were in a daze and didn't know what to do. I'm not filing this complaint for just me but for all the customers that had to take so long to get their fast food. The owner needs to know about the poor job performance of his employees.
Desired outcome: Steps need to be taken to ensure that all customers are taken care of in a timely manner. The owner needs to know about the job poor performance of his employees.
