Approximately 4 months ago my cell phone broke and I had to go and purchase a new one I brought it home and attempted to activate it however I had no success I contacted customer service and attempted to obtain help however they were of no use I kept getting the same responses which didn't help me at all and they would run me around in circles. After the problem was not resolved I took my first phone back to Walmart for a refund they wouldn't refund it and instead done an exchange brought that phone home attempted to activate it again it would not it kept doing the same stuff unable to activate a phone status is not able to be activated and again I call customer service no good there they didn't know what to do kept trying to give me the same answers as before run me around in circles so I took and instead of returning that phone just went and bought another phone same thing now I've yet had to get another phone then had to return it and get another one and now they're saying that they can't do nothing and I'm just lost money is shot up a hog's [censored] I have been a customer of straight talk for many years and this is unacceptable something needs to be done my money returned and I'm not even mentioned the numerous refill cards that I've had to purchase at with a grand total of $140 on that and Walmart just tells me that they're gone and I just find that hard to believe. And it has come to a grand total of $396 plus tax that I'm out and I can't even make a phone call, so please if you can help me get this situated I would be greatly appreciated.
Desired outcome: I would think that a phone that works a refund on the other three phones and a refund on the floor refill cards that have been bought and used for nothing would be acceptable
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
