2/11/2018 @ approx 5:30 pm. This is actually the third time I have visited this pharmacy in the past month. The employees working in the pharmacy are down right rude and hateful. They offer no assistance or help. The first visit I went into the pharmacy with my daughter. She was actually transferring her prescriptions over to your sorry excuse for a pharmacy. The pharmacist and the technician offered little to no help. They acted as if they were being inconvenienced to have to wait on anyone. The 2nd time we went thru the drive thru to pick up medications and 3 people were seen back in the pharmacy area. It took 15 minutes before some came to the window to wait on us. And they clearly saw us waiting. Tonight was the third time and it was the same thing. NO ONE was inside at the counter to be waited on, there was lady in the pharmacy that was walking around moving bottles from one shelf to the other shelf - and she came to the window 3 times, didn't look directly at me, but I know she couldn't have no know I was out there. Finally after waiting 15 minutes the pharmacy himself came to the window and I gave him the information. He looked it up, and retrieved 2 of the drugs and this lazy [censor] lady then said, 'Oh let me get that for you" so she finished the transaction. Not a way to run a business. Especially a pharmacy. She was blatantly ignoring the window. I will be taking all our business to Walgreens, Walmart or Kroger. CVS needs to get out of the pharmacy business if they continue to have employees that don't want to work in a pharmacy, that just wants to walk around the store all day.

CVS sucks no question!
They are rude, lazy and incompetent. They won’t answer the phone, they hang up on you, I’ve had this happen before today as well.
I am right now on hold for a supervisor (Amanda) in the front of the store. I called 4 times in a row, on hold for over 10 minutes each call to be hung up on.. I just spoke with Amanda who is now transferring me to (Anna) the care coordinator. The pharmacy was supposed to mail by prescription to me to have been received last week.
The automated system says I have a prescription ready for pick up! I should not have an order ready for pick up because it was supposed to be shipped to me and received already. So Ken now answers. He tells me he understands I’m trying to reach the pharmacy and that I have to call the pharmacy directly and wait in que for my turn. Are these people mentally bright enough to handle prescription drugs, there is no room for error with medication that people need for life and health. Shameful! They should be ashamed and embarrassed
So Ken gets back on the phone explaining that he spoke to the pharmacy manager, who said that sometimes when the phones are real busy the phones automatically disconnect. [censored]. I’m not as dumb as they are. I know the sound of a receiver being hung up. Liars and incompetence no doubt. So Ken assured me that when the “pharmacy manager” is done giving a flu shot, that he will be taking the call. 5 minutes now. We shall see! What a pathetic pharmacy indeed, the others in Connecticut that I’ve unfortunately had to deal with are just as pathetic figures the State would contract with such a worthless company! Collusion. And the worthless mail order Caremark prescription is just as bad if not worse! Caremark is now owned by CVS like I said COLLUSION. Hands in them pockets! So I waited again another hmmm 10 minutes and guess what. [censored]ing voicemail. Smh. I’ll pay more and go to Walmart or Walgreens. Yes Walmart would be better to deal with. CVS hired idiots. I hope in their time if need that they too deal with undue stress !
