Cracker Barrel - Abuse

Cracker Barrel is similar to ancient Rome. It will fall apart soon. Greed is rampant in this company. Dan Evins is probably a little sick to his stomach to see his company be taken over by the locust. Dan started a great company. It was flawed, but always had roots. The new Leadership would cut your throat to get ahead!
The most thrown around phrase in this debacle is "You before Me". CB will fall and fall Hard. Great concept ruined by greed. Later.

Yes maam I do. I have been at #290 for over 4 yrs now. I am a PAR 4 grill cook, a PAR 4 Back Up Cook and a PAR 3 server trainer. I laugh at all these people on here who bash CB. Follow the rules and there are no problems. BTW, from what I have heard, CB is preparing a surprise for your site you posted. Copyright infringement? Maybe, let me know how this unfolds.

You obviously don't know what is going on at the Cracker Barrel stores.

Hilarious. I doubt it is due to age but more to declining skills. Or, it might be a long shot, but maybe you can't adjust to the Seat to Eat and not performing as the company would like.

I worked at store 15 in Cookeville for almost ten years. In the past two years, they have systematically written up and fired eight of us older workers.

Four of us have filed age discrimination charges with the EEOC. We are looking to make it a class action. If you have worked for Cracker Barrel in the past 300 days, we would love you to join us.

Check out our website, http://www.thebarrelhatesoldtimers.com/ It's not fully functional yet, but will be soon.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

I believe Cracker Barrel has lost its VISION. It takes good people to grow a company. So much negative unrest in the people, and this of course will surly hurt this business. Keep doing what you are doing Cracker Barrel Corporate, and you will kill this company.
