I arrived at 12:00 and was seated at 12:15 and my order was placed at that time. I didn’t get my order until 1:00 and there was only a few people there at that time. When my order was placed I saw the cooker cook several meals and then left on a break which I found to be very rare. My hostess never informed me and my guest to why it was taking so long for our food preparation which I could see the cook taking a break. I was very upset and asked the hostess to prepare my lunch to go and would have liked a courtesy refund for the timeframe we spent waiting. But to no avail. I placed a complaint with and still haven’t heard anything from no one. Very poor service.
Claimed loss: $38.96
