Dec 17, 1019 I brought the camper in for warranty work. I was told there was a leak in the slide and they would have to submit it to Jayco.
February 24, 2020 I am still waiting for an answer from Jayco about the leak. I have called a minimum of 12 times to check on the status with out getting an answer. I have been to the Breaux Bridge site many times to talk to Grant to see why things were held up. He stated that Jayco was changing their computer system or something like that and also Jayco would be closed until after the Christmas holidays. I called for Grant on Monday (he was off) and he would call me on Monday. I called him again today but have yet to receive a call back. Grant seems to want to help but I never get an answer or results.
I called DixieRv to ask them to buy my camper back. He said he would check on things and get back to me.
At this point, I am done with Dixie RV. I have been out of my camper for over 2 months. My camper is used as my base site for work. I am having to stay with friends and my children.
I expect results now.
