im ,andrew cobb, ive had an account with the aaron's branch located in natchitoches,La. since january of 2023. my payments were set up for bi-weekly. ive not been late on a payment so far. my issue with this branch is every time i make my payment its always a different amount than stated in lease agreement and i have to argue with the manager to fix it, ive let this go on long enough. i have every email reciept for every payment ive made. also when i started the lease agreement i was supposed to have recieved a brand new mattress which i recieved a used mattress and i called and reorted it to manager and yet to have it exchanged for new one, im not going to continue paying for used mattress at new mattress price. i want something done about both issues asap or they can come get the leased items when i have time to meet them. i should have been treated fairly and done rite which ive not been. please resolve this issue. my email address is, [protected]@gmail.com. thanks,
