This issue with the rudest, most disrespectful, non-working people I have ever had the displeasure of having to work with, as well as being the THIRD complaint made for the Aaron’s in Geneva NY store, is really an eye opening experience! So much so, that I want to return my appliance and get my money back, give the worst review, and tell everyone I know NOT to lease/buy from Aarons! This time, I have been calling that store to make a payment for days and nobody answers the call. I do not live in Geneva, so going to the store physically is NOT an option. When finally today, someone answers the phone and I ask why there has been no answer for days, the sales manager says that they have all been in the back doing some kind of work. NOW my payment is late anf the worst employee then takes the call after she put me on hold! His name is Chris and he asked me for my payment plus the late fee. When I explained to him that I have been trying to
Pay for days and Im not paying the late fee, he rudely said it wasnt his problem and Would NOT remove the late fee. He told me to call back Monday and speak with the general manager Mike, whom I had to complain about last time! This is getting out of control and Im sick of it! Someone needs to contact me ASAP! I tried to call your corporate number three different times three different numbers, and for some reason y’all are closed on a Friday at 3 PM.
