The most awful treatment ever. I was called racial slurs and hung up on after making several attempts to find out the status of my order. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that it was a franchise and everyone there was related and I would be told the same thing by whomever I spoke with. They threatened to cancel my order after I had my family member waiting all day for delivery. Never again will I order from edible arrangements.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
