Shaw's - Management

The managers at this store are ridiculous. Knowing people who work here and hearing how they are spoken to and treated is absurd. Most of these works being young kids, it's upsetting to see what they have to deal with from these ADULT managers acting so childish. They are lazy and I never see them doing anything productive. It's sad this is their first impression of the work place. Bosses should have control and I understand their role as I manage myself however the way these managers treat their employees Is upsetting. I hope they are put under a closer eye in how they do their job.

Shaw's - Sale items

I started going to the Shaw's on Belmont St in Brockton only because the Stop N Shop closed and today when I went shopping there were items marked on sale but when I got to the register they were not ringing up correct. The cashier went and looked and said the item was in the wrong spot. I said ok I didn't put it there and the supervisor said it was the grocery dept. and I said ok but it was not me the customer so I should not be responsible for making sure items are in the correct spot. She asked me if I wanted it and I said for the sale price bc and she said its not on sale. Then after everything was rang up I noticed none of my coupons went through so I went to the Customer Service desk and she BB said the had to take me to the register and credit bc everything and rearing it so I would get my coupons used. After all this all the supervisor had to say is the cashier didn't put the item in the wrong spot no apologize for any in convince or anything like that. This company should teach their employees better customer service skills.

Shaw's - service

On 10/7/2019 at shaw's store#1429 . I was bagging my own groceries when I noticed the cashier was tossing my food . At first I seen her toss a package of meat, not upset until she started tossing boxes of crackers, cookies and bread . I asked her if she was having a bad and that I would appreciate her not throwing my food, that I was paying for . At that point another employee stated that the cashier wasn't throwing my food . I've shopped at this shaw s for many years and was surprised at the aggression that this employee showed . Maybe i should have chosen my words differently and said toss instead of throwing . I thought she should have apologized and just said she didn't realize she was tossing the groceries. I believe the young lady should be retrained . The experience from the other employee aggression was unwarranted, that I will no longer be shopping at shaw s. On the receipt the cashier name was Gina Miller . Please if anything I believe she should be retrained.
