My first issue is on 7/22 I received multiple incorrect, expired and missing items. I filled out the proper form, I called a week later to touch base and was told to hang tight I'll be reimbursed. Here we are today and no refund.
Against my better judgment I used your services again today. I placed my order (#31890023) And a few hours later I received a text stating it cannot be delivered within that window and to click this link to change the time. No big deal right? Wrong. Link doesn't work, So I use your online chat and then 2 phone calls to reps back to back followed by a phone call to the store for help. Not 1 single person could help me. I get nothing but useless apologies and am told to "Just replace the order". Sure, reordering $150 in food wouldn't be an issue if I had a lot of money which I do not. Because my original order is still currently pending on my checking account MY funds are unavailable to ME until it's taken off. (Up to 5 days. How wonderful) My options are to let my babies starve without milk and food, or go negative in my checking account and get a fee. So I now have a $35 overdraft fee because of all of this. I'm currently crying as I type this. That $35 was supposed to go towards my babies prescription medication I need to pick up tomorrow. I'd also like to add my area is under a severe hurricane watch on Sunday so If I do not get her medicine tomorrow it's very likely she won't have it for many days. I truly hope whoever reads this (if anyone is reading it) has a little compassion and can relate or at least try to understand how incredibly frustrating this is for me. The little money I have is tied up because of an error on your end. I did my part, you guys did not and my babies and I are literally suffering because of that. I'm now forced to make my baby wait for her medication because of all of this or pawn something and lose even more money than I already have. I have been completely screwed over almost $70 by Shaws in the last month. I have been doing home delivery for years now and Walmart, Target and Stop and Shop none have never given me a problem like this and they have always resolved any issues immediately. I'm sick to my stomach. I'm not even sure why I'm typing this considering it's clear forms go unanswered and useful problem solving is unavailable over at Shaws. Thank you Shaws for robbing me of my money, And thank you for making my baby go without her life saving medication.

This morning I went into shaws as I do quite a bit. There was a sale tag on the family size smart food popcorn for 3.99, reg 5.29, there was also items that were marked the same sale price, all but the cheetos, puff. One of my complaints is that why is all the party/family size on sale for 3.99 and not the cheetos, puff. My other complaint is that I brought one of the family/party size smartfood popcorn to the cashier, thinking it was going to ring as 3.99 and it still rang up at 5.29, even after my loyalty phone number was entered. I didn't have to time to have a manager go look at the sale and then give me the sale price. One resolution that I would like is to buy the family/party size bags of cheetos, puff as 3.99 and the smartfood popcorn as 3.99.
If I wasn't watching, I would have bought the smartfood at 5.29, not the sale price. I have noticed a few things like that. So can you imagine if I wasn't watching my receipt, how many times I would pay full price instead of the sale price. How would you like to happen to you.
I would like a response to this problem.
