Thursday June 13. went to NTB Plymouth to drop off a van for tire rotation, oil change and brake inspection. Was going to leave it there all day...which was agreed upon over the phone the previous day. After waiting for 15 minutes to check in, the manager came out and asked if we were all set. I said no and that we had been waiting to check in. He states...well I am a day and 1/2 behind. As soon as he spoke, I remember that I had dealt with him before an that interaction was also unfavorable. He is smug and arrogant...TERRIBLE customer service. I will never go to that store again and I am posting on YELP. Someone from NTB needs to get to that store and straighten it out. I don't have time to write...but I was so irritated by this actions of this store I felt compelled to write.
