Oil change. A simple oil change
I was schedule a 3pm appointment at the Mt. Pleasant, Pa. Store. My vehicle was not even moved into the garage to start any work on it u til 4:15pm. The store has zero heat in the waiting area other than a few space heaters. Completely un acceptable to treat customers this way and allow them to sit in these conditions when it was in the 30’s temperature wise. Why in the hell do you schedule people appointments when you have total disregard for your customer. People have lives and base their appointments on events in their lives. With that being said because of your ignorance and neglect something that should of taken at max 15 to 30 minutes I missed getting my mother to her doctors appointment because I put my trust into your company with an appointment which you failed to follow through with. Why bother to schedule an appointment if you are not competent enough to manage your store and keep things flowing with your appointments and then your store is ignorant and rude enough to allow good paying customers to sit in a waiting room and freeze while they have to wait for nearing 2 hours total for a simple task of getting the oil changed. If your employees can’t run a business properly maybe it’s time you hire an individual with the knowledge and experience of running a store correctly. Don’t make appointments that you can’t keep. With that being said you are pushing me to the point of finding someone new to handle my service and purchasing tires from your company. I have been a loyal customer since 2015. Time you get your staff together before you start losing loyal customers. This needs looked into seriously and get some damn heat in the waiting area how freaking hard is it to keep your customers happy. I am curious as to how you will handle this matter and fix things before I make a decision to find a new business. Keep in mind I have been doing business for 7 years with your company between the Route 30 Greensburg location and the Mt. Pleasant. I will be expecting a reply ASAP or I will file a complaint with the BBB to expose your company and the incompetence of your employees. Look forward to hearing something from you real soon
Desired outcome: I want what you think is reasonable for a loyal 7 year customer. Let’s see how you value your customers. I shouldn’t have to tell you what I want you should treat me accordingly. The ball is in your court.
4 tire replacement
On October 28, 2022, I purchased 4 tires from your shop. I left, drove over a mile (as recommended by Honda) and noticed my tire pressure warning light did not go out. I came back to your store asking that this be addressed. I was told it takes 15 miles for the warning to reset. It is now November 7, 2022, and I have driven more than 15 miles but the...
Read full review of National Tire & Battery [NTB]My drivers side door crumpled w/lift jack during oil change
Scheduled oil change at NTB in Hendersonville, TN store [protected] on 11/10/22 at 2pm. Upon completion tech. Brought car around. Noticed drivers side door crumpled up. Immediately went to talk with employee at desk. Told them they damaged my door. Front desk clerk came out and completely dismissed it. Asked for manager. Lany Randolph, manager came out. Took pictures of damage. I had her write out statement of drivers side door damage for me. Told me technician could have damaged with lift. She assured me she sent photos and my information to corporate and to NTB insurance Dept. That I should here from company within 1 week. Went to auto body shop
Damage to door cost estimate $2,400.00.
I have not heard one word from this company. I cannot afford to fix something that was directly caused by the incompetence of their technician. I am getting no where with store manager.
Desired outcome: Call from corporate/NTB insurance Dept to cover damages sustained at their place of business . My damages to car to be paid
In communication with General Manager, insurance company for NTB. Insurance adjuster for NTB looked at car. Car scheduled for repair at body shop with rental to be provided while car being repaired. All in the works for 1/2/23 repair. Resolution in sight
Poor customer service
I called NTB on 11/4/22 and spoke to the store manager, I informed him that I was going to make an appointment for a wheel alignment and he informed me to just bring the vehicle in and scheduling an appointment at 300 pm would be to late. so my daughter and I arrived at NTB and I am looking at their appointment board and I see customers scheduling appointments for 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. spoke to the young man behind the counter, and he was friendly and respectful and I told him I spoke to someone about would not be a scheduling an appointment at 3:00 pm would not be a good idea. He never addressed my question. Instead, he suggested to bring my daughters car in at 0800 or 0900 am, which she did. I had requested a wheel alignment which could be 1 y, 3yrs or % year warranty. I chose the wheel alignment with a 1 year warranty, which was 129.00. Plus did NTB change out battery wires. The young man told me that a 15.00 deductible would be required. I was okay with that. The young man told my daughter that it would be an hour before they got to her car and so my daughter in law picked up my daughter and she provided the young man with her contact information. This is where I became dissatisfied with the service. After 2 hours no one called my daughter with an update on her vehicle. I was at work and spoke to mannger on duty, who stated the battery and wires where okay and that the problem was the ECU [electronic computer unit]. And NTB did not provide this service. So he went on to explain my daughter needed windshield wipers at 27.00 plus the 15.00 diagnostic fee and the 129.00 which totaled 177 and some change. At that time, it would be about few more minutes because the wheel alignment was not done and he would replace the windshield wipers. I was reassured that someone would call. I called after an hour passed and a young lady answered and informed me that my daughters vehicle would be finished in 20 minutes, I personally gave her may daughter contact information: name and cell number. At 1806, no one called, I called the shop and it was closed. Now, I am through the roof, no follow up call, no one and I mean no one updated us or call to let us know her vehicle was completed. My daughter is a student at LSU and she came home this weekend just to have her vehicle evaluated This is an inconvenience and its poor customer service on so many levels. I am a new customer, who found NTB based on the positive reviews I read. I will never EVER bring my vehicles back to NTB. Customer service goes along way and it keeps customers returning. I am appalled and very dissatisfied with the poor service my daughter and I received. I had scheduled an appointment to have my brakes evaluated on 11/9/22, not now. I will take my service elsewhere, where customers are treated with respect and most importantly as a woman, who only wanted positive customer service. This is so sad and if one NTB provides this type of service , I can only imagine is across the board. All I want is my daughters vehicle and to pay what I owe and I promise you word of mouth does travel fast.
Desired outcome: My daughters vehicle and to pay what I owe. Maybe next time treat your female customers with more respect and call and give updates.
Tire swap
About 3 p.m. EDT, on November 1st, 2022, I took my car to NTB in North Canton, Ohio. I was a few minutes late, but that was bad timing and traffic. Anyway, I proceeded to give them my key so they could pull the car in, swap out the tire, then I could pay, and be on my way. But they did none of that. Instead, and I am not sure where this "manager" was from. I didn't get any names, either. But he told me that I had 3 bad tires, not 2, and that the one I wanted to replace either had a bad bearing or a tie rod bad. Said he couldn't swap my tire because of that. I was going to bring more business soon, but now, not happening.
Desired outcome: I want an apology, as well as all my tires replaced for free, to start with. Then pay for what else might be wrong. But I don't want NTB to do any of the work. I will take $7000 in cash if nothing else
Passenger rear tire
My name is Rodolfo (Rudy) Martinez. On Monday, October 17, 2022, I brought my vehicle in for service at the National Tire and Battery (NTB) store location on 1505 Broadway St. in Pearland, Texas. The reason for my visit that day was due to a nail I found in my tire and because my tires are currently under warranty with NTB.
Upon arrival, I was assisted by an employee and explained the need for my visit. I informed the young lady behind the desk of the specific location of the tire and nail and that I would like my tire serviced for repair. Approximately 22 minutes after the young lady asked that I take a seat to wait for my vehicle to be serviced, the same employee informed me that my vehicle service was completed and handed me a receipt. At the same time, I could see that my vehicle was ready for pick up as it was approaching the customer pick up area.
Upon retrieving my vehicle, I exited the premises of the same NTB location in Pearland, TX and proceeded on my route home. As I was driving out of the parking lot and onto the main road that is usually heavy with traffic, I immediately sensed that my truck was not driving the same as it normally does, or that I may have a significant issue at hand. I am very familiar with the traffic in the area and am aware that I may need to react quickly to any perceived danger, due to what is occurring with my vehicle at the time. I attempted to drive. As my truck began moving, I immediately noticed that the passenger rear tire felt unstable and as though it were not placed back on securely to my vehicle. Almostly instantly, it became evident by the unstableness in the same tire, that I would need to react very quickly and efficiently in order to assure that myself and/or anyone around me, would not be in danger. I made an effort to make sure I was in a more secure environment for the safety of myself and those around me. Due to the attention that was not afforded to my vehicle that day, as a result, I was put in an extremely dangerous situation on the road. The neglect of the NTB employees that serviced my vehicle on the day of Monday, October 17, 2022, created a very dangerous situation that caused me to lost control of my vehicle, nearly hit another vehicle on the road, forced me hit a curb, and sent my truck off the road, in order to avoid a potentially terrible accident. This could have resulted in a fatal outcome for myself and/or the other drivers that were on the road and near me at that time.
As evidenced by the information provided, and the result of my vehicle shortly after leaving NTB, it is apparent that someone at this NTB location did not complete my service to the best of their ability if it is possible for a tire to become detached from the vehicle after any service performed. The outcome of this incident could have been deadly. The lack of attention to detail by NTB and their employees, such as those who serviced my vehicle that day, should be held accountable. Negligence by those that are employed by NTB and work in this industry, should be very knowledgeable with these types of products and services. They should also do all that they can to ensure that each customer they see each day is satisfied with their service and can expect a safe ride home. Anything less, is unacceptable. I hope this very serious matter gets addressed. Please feel free to contact me on the phone number below.
Thanks,
Rodolfo (Rudy) Martinez

Front end repair
After your store national tire & battery at 17313 north freeway (fm 1960 & i-45} in houston, texas took eleven days to repair the front end on my 1989 dodge xplorer 230 xlw camper van I just want you to know how much I appreciate the deep heavy black greasy boot marks left on the driver’s side light blue floor carpet [from the front-end mechanic with a constant attitude] when I picked up my vehicle today 10/25/22. Back in 1987 I worked for national tire wholesale in houston (now ntb) operating the only 18 wheeler in texas the company had at the time…back then the company was very professional and a quite satisfying place to have your vehicle worked on, and, to work ‘for’. Not so much anymore. It’s really sad to see what i’ve witnessed in my dealings regarding this repair visit….Including torn up waiting room furniture (literally pieces hanging torn on the furniture) and filthy coffee area. I will never again step foot into another ntb store as long as I live…even if your company ‘was’ the last repair facility left on the planet. Oh, I almost forgot! Last year I came to this very same store to buy two new tires for the front of my truck. Instead of mounting them on the front axle as I wanted they were mounted on the rear instead. Once I told the ‘lady’ sales person [that I bought the tires from] immediately rudely stated her tire mounters are professionals and don’t make this kind of mistake…’before’ even looking at my truck. Ntb, I highly suggest that you take a trip to a discount tire company store and see how “they” treat “their” customers and their customer’s vehicles…ntb should make an effort to be just like them because discount tire employees go above and beyond the call of duty to treat their customers more professionally and with more respect than ‘your’ company would ever even think of doing. I spent $3562 up front, in full, four days before your store even started working on my vehicle …and ‘this’ is how i’m treated. Smh.
Desired outcome: I’ve already taken care of it by not ever going back to any of NTB’s stores ever again.
This is confirmation for me that NTB is simply trash. I've had a very similar situation and so far I have spent a little over $2000.00 because of it. They will never take accountability for their shoddy work and they even have a crooked insurance company called Sedgwick Claims who works solely to protect NTB from any lawsuits.
Customer Service/Employees
(Incident happened 10/05/2022)...this incident happened at the 909 Chillum Rd, MD branch. ...a 4pm stay and wait appointment was made at 11am. The appointment was to have two tires installed and alignment done. A confirmation was sent, I drove 45 mins to location to be told my appointment couldn't be honored because employees that do the job weren't available. Store manager's only resolution was "come back tomorrow". Everytime I try and use this location there is an issue. I am a NTB card holder and this is extremely unexceptable.
Desired outcome: Obtain staff that will show up to work. Im not asking for a discount I would just like to get the work I have scheduled done.
Damage to vehicle and poor service
On September 9, 2022, I had tires sent to NTB on Savannah Highway in Charleston, SC from Tire Rack to be mounted and balanced. Chevrolet had just repaired a flat tire four (4) days prior. All tire sensors were operating and fine. When I picked up my vehicle later that day, I was told that the front driver's tire sensor was damaged and I was told by the representative at NTB that it should be covered under my warranty. The representative at NTB stated that I had a defective sensor on that tire. The sensors were fine when I left my vehicle with them first and secondly, this is a new vehicle 2021. I checked with Chevrolet and was told the sensors are good for eight years or more. When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately took it to Chevrolet for diagnostic. It was discovered that the tire sensor was damaged when the tire was taken off or when the new tires were put on. When I contacted NTB, they were argumentative and very rude to me and the service rep from Chevrolet that contacted them. To add insult to injury, the rim on the back right tire was scratched down to the metal (my rims on the vehicle are black) also when driving the vehicle, it feels lie the tires are about to come off. The Chevrolet service department check the tires and discovered that the tires were not balanced when the new tires were put on. So I am stuck with the cost of purchasing a tire sensor, ordering a new rim, if it can't be repaired and also getting the new tires that I purchased from Tire Rack that only use these guys, balanced. I contacted NTB again and got more push back about my sensor being defective and my tires not being balanced. This the worse business ever. I would never recommend them for any service. They are rude, will damage your vehicle and will not take account for their bad behavior or the damage that they cause. I spoke with another friend and she too experience the same behavior.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for all costs involved for the services that were not done, the cost for repairs to the rim or to replace it and the costs for balancing the tires which was not done by NTB.
road hazard service
I purchased a set of tires with the road hazard charge, I made a appointment with one branch 2702 Clemson road Columbia sc. they sent me to another branch, so i made a appointment with them 5450 sunset Blvd. Lexington SC. where , no luck I was instructed to come back another day and then problem was rectified.#2 I made a appointment via phone call witch I was told that they wasn't busy to come in, ask tech to make appointment he said if I was there in 10 minuets I was fine I instructed him I was five minutes away when I got there 2702 Clemson rd. they pulled my truck strait in , I witnessed 3 tech out in parking lot having a [censored] secession for 45 minutes by now I asked for my keys back and left a very unhappy person. i then made another appointment at 7422 garners ferry rd. Columbia SC witch was for today at 9 o'clock am so i arrived at 8:50 so i wasn't late. my name was next on your so called appointment screen so i was pleased lol. there was a lady at the counter getting a price on a set of tires she was happy with price so she purchased them ( good for ya'll) so he took her keys and pulled her car strait in bay, next lady had a complaint about a oil change so from another location so she was cute so tech pulled her car into bay , by now its my turn so technician advised me they had a full shop and it would be at least 2.5 hours sorry this is not accepted. i would like a full refund for my service agreement . I don't think this is a unfair request . THANKS Tommy Lee [protected]
Desired outcome: refund of road hazard plan
Oil change
The Anderson South Carolina NTB charged me almost $100 but did not do an oil change. The oil change sensor will not go off because they didn''t put in a new filter. Furthermore, they rotated my tires without my permission. The extremely rude technician who did the work tried to blame me because he couldn't get the sensor to go off. Then, he did something to one of my tires because now it is whistling and making funny noises that it was not doing before. I want a refund.
Desired outcome: Refund my money
Front disc brake pads, Front disc rotors, oil change
On 5/25/22 at 9:24 am, my 2012 Ford escape was serviced by NTB 3261 Automotive Blvd., Silver Spring, Md 20904. I was charged $701.87 for service. At that time, I received Brake check and advise; battery check and advise, front disc brake pad S (lifetime warranty), Front Disc Brake Rotor D, and Brake Shoes & Pads R&R All, Both A. At this time the caliper was not fixed and it should have been. instead, he put on new brakes and rotors and changed me for terrible service.
Fast forward to 8/1/22 at 12:57pm, my 2012 Ford Escape was serviced with an oil change and an estimate on purchasing tires which was declined. At that time, I was also told to come back where an appointment was made for the next Wednesday at 2:00pm. The mechanic did not show, nor did I receive a call saying my truck would not be able to be services. At no time did the mechanic fix the caliper for the brakes. I have had to get the caliper fixed, new brakes and rotors.
This is ridiculous, the mechanic and the shop in Silver Spring, Md. are incompetent and insulting. My son drives this truck, and his life was put in danger due to the lack of knowledge, and/or care of the staff.
Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded $701.87, the money I paid for service at NTB. I have had to have the work done at another shop thus I have paid double.
Wrong battery
On 12/19/2019 I went into location # 7324 to purchase a new battery. I bought and paid for a battery for my wife's BMW X5. The order number was #[protected]. Come to find this morning that said battery is no longer any good. I found this out because I had to bring the car into my mechanic who diagnosed the problem. So I called NTB store # 7326 and spoke with Brad. He was very nice by the way. He informed me that he would replace the battery but that I would have to pay to have the old battery removed and the new one installed. I asked why, he said that there would be an hour labor charge. I stated I had already paid originally when I purchased battery. He said there was nothing he could do. So I had my mechanic take the bad battery out and then I brought the bad battery back to the Store # 7326. He then said I would have to pay the difference which turned out to be $95.00. I hesitantly paid it . I then had to go back to my mechanic so he could install the new battery. I had to pay him $75.00 to install the new battery.
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for the $75.00 and for the difference in the two batteries which was $95.00. So a total of $170.00 I had to use up time and gas to go back and forth.
Slammed my car and not taking accountability to fix it
They kept my vehicle from 9 am to 7 pm and hadn’t even done the service to my vehicle til 630pm. I arrived in parking lot at 650 pm and shortly after heard a loud slam. Me and my girlfriend both jokingly said they trying to rush out of here hope that wasn’t my car. Shortly after the car is driving worse than when I brought it in. I went for a simple alignment a 20 minute job that took them all day to get too. Complained they quickly responded too quickly like a child covering their mistakes then state that it is leaking grease from the axle boot but quote me shocks. The whole process has been dealt with rudely and with the haste to cover up and pin blame other than take responsibility in actions of their doing.
Desired outcome: For them to fix the issue they caused
I completely know the feeling! I purposely made an appointment for 8am as soon as they opened, left my car there and told the MANAGER I need it to be completed by 4:30. I arrived at 4:30 and was there until after 6pm. I told the manager it was ridiculous for them to have my car for long and it don't be completed by the time I got off work! I told him that I knew he had put other vehicles in front of mine, started on my car last because I only got new tires and an alignment. There were no parts ordered for my car! Ever since this new manager took over, Karl Caballero the store's service has gone to [censored]! This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location! I REFUSE to EVER go back into this store again!
NTB Ruined my car
On the morning of May 30, 2022, I took my car, a 2015 Dodge Journey in to NTB because my radiator hose was leaking coolant and needed to be replaced. The car has a built in feature to protect the engine from damage to where if the coolant is low or the engine becomes too hot, the car will automatically shut off. This feature notified me of the problem on the evening of May 29, 2022. Prior to this time, I had no problems with my car's engine. NTB had their garage full of "Certified mechanics whose work is guaranteed" to inspect my car, assess damages and quote me a cost for repairs which I authorized. While they were working on repairs to my car, they also changed my oil and found a cam sensor that was worn out and needed to be replaced so they quoted me a cost and supposedly replaced that as well. I believe they thoroughly inspected the engine and whatever else they could under the hood of my car to determine if there was anything else they could charge me for. I believe that they would NOT have agreed to repair the car if there were preexisting damage to my engine.
After the initial repairs, I drove the car to work and home the next day. That was Tuesday, May 31. Then, the morning of Wednesday, June 1, my check engine light came on and the car began to leak fluid again. I pulled the car over as soon as I could safely do so and the car was now not just leaking coolant but coolant was literally pouring out from under the car. Also, the car was smoking profusely. When I contacted NTB, they told me not to worry, and asked me to have the car brought back in and they would take a look at it and fix it at no charge because they guarantee all their repairs. I had a tow truck bring the car back and later that day, they contacted me to tell me that the radiator hose (REMEMBER, THE RADIATOR HOSE HAD JUST BEEN REPLACED!) was busted and needed to be replaced. When I shared my concern, that they must have repaired it negligently, they assured me that this new part of the hose was not damaged when they replaced it previously, and that it was a different and new concern. Hesitantly, they quoted me a price, but, because I couldn't afford to pay again for the second time that week, they held the car for two weeks until I could get some money together. On 6/10, I called and asked them to start preparing my car, and that I would come in to pick it up on 6/14. They assured me that they would "get it fixed up right this time and make sure to inspect it carefully to make sure it would be safe for me and my daughter."
On the morning of 6/14 I got dropped off to NTB, paid, and left with my car to go to class about 5 miles away from the shop. At lunch time, I got in my car to drive about .25 miles to lunch and on the way back to class from lunch the engine light came on AGAIN and the car shut down. I again, contacted NTB and they, AGAIN asked me to bring the car back to them. I refused to do so because at this point, I had ZERO confidence in their work. I, instead, had the car towed to a Dodge dealership and had the Dodge certified mechanics inspect the car, assess damages and quote a price for repairs. They informed me that not only was the car repaired carelessly, but that also there were parts missing that were definitely there before AND that due to their negligence, I now had damage to my engine. I shared this data with NTB and filed a claim with their liability insurance company, Sedgwick insurance on 6/16/2022.
After four days, 6/20/22 I finally was able to contact Sedgwick insurance and was assigned a claim number and contact information for the individual responsible for my claim was emailed to me. It took three days and several attempts at contacting him to reach Roman Alvarez, the assigned claims specialist on the phone. I provided him with documents from the dealership detailing the damage and estimated cost for repairs. This insurance company has terrible response time and moves very slowly to process claims. In the meantime, I am managing life as a single mother without my car. A claims inspector came to the dealership to "visually inspect" the damages to my car on or around July 1, 2022. After that, it took another two weeks to finally receive communication that they were denying my claim due to "preexisting conditions."
It's unethical on the part of NTB AND their liability insurance provider, Sedgwick to deny their responsibility in the damage they caused to my vehicle as well as the resulting disruption to my life. There was NOT preexisting damage to my car's engine and for them to claim that there was is only further evidence of their incompetence and negligence. There's no way they would have made repairs and "guaranteed" their work on a vehicle that had preexisting damage to the engine. And if they did, it's absolutely predatory and dishonest for them to observe this alleged damage and charge me over $2200 in repairs without informing me of it.
Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated in full for my loss. Including refund for repairs, and difference of resell value
Poor business practice / misleading
2008 saturn outlook was dropped off on May 28th 2022 about 1:30pm. when it was dropped off, I spoke with the individual in charge, letting him be aware the power steering was leaking and needed to be replaced. Felipe assured me that they could remove and replaced it, that his mechanic would take care of it and have the vehicle ready for pickup on Monday /Tuesday at the latest. He mentioned that it would be a 6 hr job, roughly $1450.00 estimated cost with engine diagnostics check. Fine, we agreed. When we spoke at the end of the day just before closing on Tuesday May 31st, 4 days later, he stated, "oh, he's almost done, all he has to do is install serpentine belt and tire and its good to go, didnt get done that evening. On Wednesday June 1st, we arrived at noon for pickup, since we weren't contacted with an update. Walked in, and the Great adventure story began, its was too hard, they disassembled it but found it to be too difficult so they reassembled it all, so nothing had been done to it in those 5 days! not a single thing, only to learn after being direct with him that it all appeared to be untouched, he admitted that his Senior Mechanic has been out all week (5 days later he tells me) no, it would have been helpful and less waste of my time if he had been upfront with me about the entire situation. Although nothing was paid, they reassembled the vehicle and it idled pretty rough afterwards? what did they do? beats me!., didn't run the same afterwards. That spring location off 2920 has terrible service. If didn't have the resources at this disposal to commit to the repair, he should have said so to begin with, now I have to find a new mechanic to address the issue, sooner than later would have best.
Manager professionalism
Saturday May 28 2022. Jorge Nava at NTB at 1350 Arapaho Richardson Tx. has really bad attitude problem. This man screamed at me as I was leaving this location. Very unprofessional! I will never come to NTB AGAIN!
oil change charge
I was charge 71.65 total at store 323 in burlingtom nc on 04/25/2022 order number [protected]. i saw the ad for 21.99 plus desp fee. when i questioned the difference i was told it was correct. i did not have the ad with me at the time so i did not disagree with them at the time but now want to know why the difference in cost for the oil change
Charged for service that was not done
I have a screw in my rear passenger side tire. I noticed it 5/10/2022 and took it to the NTB in Bel Air, Md. I got home today and happened to look and the same screw is in the exact same spot in my tire. I was charged for a service that they never performed and would like to talk to someone about this issue. My number is +[protected]
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the $27.49 charged since they obviously never touched the tire on my Jeep.
Oil change
Went in Tuesday 5/10/2022 for a simple oil change. They broke 2 lug nuts off my car, the oil tech drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil. So they were going to let leave the shop without even telling me this is what happened. So I get into my car turn it on and this horrible noise came from under my hood. Had the tech come out, trying to tell me maybe a burp in my alternator, what? He took it back and then come out and tells me what the tech did, so they replaced the fluid and said I was good to go. Yay, next day my car made the same noise, took it back they replaced the lug nuts and said they had to add more fluid because after it sits you need to add more. So wow they didn't bother to tell me this so just hoping I made it to my next oil change. No apologies or refunds.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund, never even offered me one or free oil change nothing. Service manager working that day never apologized never said nothing. Horrible company!!!!
