Taunton store; have 2 people working in the pharmacy, so with respect to the amount of work that can be done by 2 people they don't answer the phones, I was on hold for an hour and a half when I finally gave up and hung up the phone. The arent. transferring prescriptions or filling prescriptions when they are due to be filled. They say, out of stock, or expired, when you go on line ro try to pick them up. I am 2 weeks behind my prescriptions. I'm transferring somewhere else. Walgreens doesn't take my insurance. So not Walgreens.
The store department have brand names on generic items with brand name prices. When you do a price check the item it does not match the item scanned. When I complained about it the manager said there was nothing she could do.
For specifics: A generic toy, rubber snake, was priced as a Disney brand toy. Reading the tag it was clearly a generic toy with a lifeforms brand tag hanging on the toy. They wanted to charge me for Disney toys when it wasn't Disney toys.
Desired outcome: Hire more people
