CVS - My checks are not being cleared or returned to the bank.

I have been having an ongoing problem with the CVS pharmacy part of the store, at 634 County Street, Taunton, MA 02780, I go to the drive up window usually to pick up all my prescriptions which I pay by check. There are (4) checks that are still outstanding/open, and have not been cleared at the bank. All my other checks I have written have cleared; it is only CVS. I called them more than once and reported this problem. Could someone please look into this issue with that store? The pharmacist at the time, stated it is the main store who is responsible for the deposits. I talked to the main store supervisor and they did not give me satisfaction of looking into it. Here are the following check #'s with the date I wrote:

#4867 on 2/18/23 - $ 6.34

#4881 on 3/05/23 - $15.00

#4996 on 3/20/23 - $ 6.34

#4905 on 3/29/23 - $ 3.39

Thank you for your assistance in the matter.

CVS - Staff over at this cvs is awful

I called cvs on February 12th to see if my prescription had been sent over by my dr. they said they had and it would be ready for pickup within 4 hours, made them aware that I could not get there until saturday February 13, 2021 and she said that's that would be fine. I pulled up at the drive thru on Saturday February 13, 2021 and was told that all my prescriptions expired and there was nothing there for me to pickup. I made her aware that I was told that they were ready on February 12, she said hold on let me check and went back and said oh yes we see it it was a computer problem and asked me to come back within an hr. I went back two hours later that same day February 13, 2021 when I pulled up I was told that there was something missing on the script and that they would have to call dr.s office so I waited and she came back and said they are not open today I would have to come on monday February 15th 2021. I work at a dr.s office and have patient's that go to this same cvs Pharmacy County St. Taunton Ma. My Dr. just started describing medications, and we have had nothing but problems with them saying that RX was not submitted when we have prove on our end that is has. this has happened numerous of times. I have not run into any other problems at any other cvs pharmacies or other Pharmacies in general! I am prescribed an opioid medication and have been on this for many years I'm a wife mother and work hard, however the looks and the treatment I receive from the pharmacy staff over at this cvs is awful! I work for pain management and we have all sort of patients and I would never treat a patient who is being treated with an opioid the way I get treated over at that pharmacy. again today another one of patient's called and the dr. escribed a medication over to that pharmacy and patient was told they did not receive it when I checked this medication was sent over on February 17th, patient called them back and was given an attitude and was told that they do have it here. We are sending patient to a different pharmacy as I am sick of it as well as the Dr. please give those workers a reality check. because they really need one!

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read this. I will recommend a different pharmacy for all our patient's that go to cvs on county st taunton mass.

I am also on opiates 24 seven and I still get the same nasty stairs and they make me wait extra long at the end of the day to get my opiate medication like I’m super a drug attic I’m also in pain management it’s mostly on the weekend if my day falls on a weekend and I need a refill on a medication it’s an all day affair like I’m being punished I’ve even been yelled at and hung up on by the pharmacist a female pharmacist
