the Pharmacist was just recently changed as well as some of the employees. this CVS used to be very pleasant and efficient and organized. Now with the new people there, it is a mess. It is like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. there are prescriptions overflowing from the shelves and everywhere else/ counters etc. I just picked up a rx for my son, it was a 90 day rx., It was over 200.00 and I cannot afford that, so I ask for only a 30 day supply. so I get the 30 day and on the label for refills it has zero. This is wrong it should be 2 more which would make it the 90 days, So when my son needs a refill, we will need to call the doctor for the refill. then my doctor will tell me that it was for 90 days and should be good for 2 more 30 days refills. They screw up like this all the time. There was a lady there who was given her diabetic supplies, She was supposed to get the insulin pens and they gave her the needles instead. She said she has been trying since January to get the pens - not the needles. She had to go up to the counter 3 times while I was there to get them to understand her problem before they got it right. She was so upset at their stupidity . She said she called corporate, but it did not seem to do any good. You need to send an intelligent representative to this store to observe how unorganized this Pharmacy is. It is a discredit to your good name. Other CVS are not like this. I would change stores but I am 77 and this CVS is very close to my house. I should not have to change stores just to get descent service.
