CVS - False advertising

I just got back from the CVS located at 3300A Centennial Ln, Ellicott City, MD. This is the second time in a month I have been denied service because the pharmacy was closed. Ostensibly, the reason was to allow time for the employees to have their lunch. When I mentioned that you advertise 24/7 access, what I got was snarky comeback (from the pharmacist?), "well they DO have to eat lunch". It wasn't the words that set me off as much as the attitude on display. If she were the manager of the facility, she sets an extremely poor example to the other employees there. I replied that she might look into a concept called 'staggering', which, understandably, might too much for this poor woman to wrap her brain around. The bottom line is that advertising 24/7 actually MEANS something. If lying and snark is how you intend on treating customers, I will have to seriously reconsider where I get my prescriptions filled. There is a Wallgreens directly across the street and RIte Aid right around the corner, but I've been coming to CVS for more than 20 years and would prefer to keep on doing so, However, if things don't change, I may have to, along with the rest of my friends and family.

Desired outcome: Stagger the lunch breaks of the employees so that you can keep the pharmacy open - as you advertise!

CVS - Drive up pharmacy window pickup

The attendant was not wearing protective gloves.
When inquired about this she responded she is suppose to be be wearing and changing her gloves with each transaction.. I inquired so why aren't you wearing gloves? She matter if factly said we'll I don't know.. I said it isn't safe or fair and who knows how sick the people are that are pulling up or what germs you are transmitting.. This happened on 4/15/20 at 8:30 am.. I waited in the parking lot and called the the store and got a man named andy who said he was the store manager.
When I articulated why was my issues he said it want a problem.. So was incredulous, I said wasn't a problem are you kidding me..
I am sorry but I am not sure who this fellow is or what his understanding is but if that's his reply he shouldn't be in the store in any capacity of supervision.. His powers of reason are not more than a 6 year old..
