Hello. I am Mr. H. Latten ([protected]@gmail.com) and I have been a customer of Mr. Tire for a few years now. Until this moment when I realized the integrity of the company has been comprised. In May of 2018 I paid over $200 to have two belts replaced. I went back in August of 2018 for the same issue and again in October of 2018 for the same issue. In 2019 the same issue persisted and I was told that my belts needed to be conditioned. In October of 2020 I had to pay another company to fix the same problem. I paid over $200 again to replace the belts. I was told by the new company that my belts were never replaced and that I had old dry rotted and worn belts that appeared to have been the original belts for my car. I contacted Mr. Tire (James) about the situation and was informed that my warranty had expired and that it is no way that my belts were as bad as I am describing them if they were replaced a year and a half ago. I have written emails to Mr. Tire about how their employee (Chris) charged me for work that was never done. No one has answered. I still have the old belts and I want Mr. Tire to fix the issue and refund me for services that I paid for that were never rendered.
Hi. Mr. Latten again. Thanks to "Complaints Board" someone did reach out, however nothing has been resolved yet. I was emailed and instructed to call a number which I've been calling for weeks now. I've left several messages and call back numbers. So far, no one has called me back or responded to any emails I've sent them directly.
Mr. Tire - service
Yesterday my truck has been in Mr Tire in Ft Washington MD for exactly 1 month for a brake line repair that was repaired in October 2018 there. After calling customer service a number of times talking to the district manager a couple of times all I can get is were sorry.
I have never experienced anything like this before. they have no clue how I have been inconvenienced and nobody knows when it will be ready.

Mr. Tire - brake line replacement
My truck had its brake line replaced there in October 2018 and the brake lines went bad again. My truck has been in Mr tire for 3 weeks now and I have not been able to get an honest answer on when I will get it back. I have been told several times that it would be ready be it is still there. I've called the customer service number several times and can not get anything from them. Customer service tells me they will call be back but they never do. Today I asked to speak to a district manager and they said he will contact me but I don't feel confident that will happen.
This experience has been the worst display of service I have ever experienced. I am looking for next steps to get this resolved.
Mr. Tire - flat repair and tire rotation
As I was going to Mr tire in ft Washington to get a flat repair and tire rotation the first time I went there the manager told me they were going to charge me and I told them I bought my tires there and I asked why are you charging me. He would give me an answer. I got my oil change done and when I went home I checked to see if my tires are rotated. They did not rotate my tires and the nail was still on my tire. I called and told them they did not rotate my tires and the nail is still there. They told me to bring the truck back. When I came back to pick up my truck it was the same no tire rotation and no flat repair and what's worse I saw on the back of my truck the word "dick" its like they did not value me as a customer and treat me with disrespect. I will never go back to that shop ever. I just want the things I requested. Their customer service is terrible
