I had the worst service ever and I am still feeling some kind of way about it today. The manager was just disrespect. I had order some hot wings with 3 other meals the hot wings came out first which was weird cause we just order but what had happen the waitress brought two plate of wings to the wrong table so are waiter comes and notice say it was for the table next to us and that we could have both cause it was there mistake then the manager comes didn't say anything to us or the table next to us for having them wait another 15 min for there food she just took the plate up didn't ask if I would like both or if I wanted to pay for the other plate even though the waitress said we could have both 2nd I was just looking at everything and noticing how they handle the situation I was disgusted that I didn't even eat my own food so are food comes out and I asked to speak with manager cause she took the plate and didn't ask any question we had are food and I felt like she should of let us have it or took both plates cause now were eating and my little brother a 14 year old is just looking at us eat so I'm over this place and the staff and manager I just want to go she argues with me about how I felt and was so nasty then there was a nice white couple behind us she goes to them and ask if there okay and they didn't even ask for her she was so nice and calm didn't even need anything it was just crazy still not asking the people who are waiting 15 more minute for there food are they okay or say sorry WHO DOES THAT LOL okay so time for me to go let me add they where black older women I'm African American as well time for me to go cause I just been ignored and disrespected I'm packing up my food there a long black hair in my food I laugh CAUSE THIS IS JUST NOT MY DAY I tell my waiter she says the same its just not your day I tell her look I don't even want to speck with your manager ok can u just take this make me another one ill pay for it I don't care I don't want no money back or to complain just want to go she tells me no let me tell my manager cause u might get something off manager comes her attitude is bad she says what's wrong now I look at her like she crazy I say I was just packing up my food cause a hair she says well I don't know how there can be a hair I have blond my cooks have short hair and your waiter is a red head so there no way again arguing with me instead of just saying sorry I will make you another one then I'm thinking to myself okay but the lady who made the mistake and brought us the wrong food has long black hair she didn't mention her though my whole experience there was just not okay I don't understand how that manager carried the whole situation she didn't have any manors or just think like this is are mistake you are a customer let me fix this so u want to come again which I never will and I will tell everyone I no not to let me had I HAVE RED HAIR MY TWO LITTLE BROTHER HAVE BROWN DREADS AND MY DAUGHTER HAIR BROWN BRAIDED SHE MADE IT SEEM LIKE I PUT THE HAIR IN THERE CRAZY AND I WORK IN HOSPITALLITY I WOULD NEVER HANDLE THATS WHOLE SITIATION THE WAY SHE DID THE RUBY TUESDAYS IN LAKEFOREST MALL
