Hello, I am writing about my recent order that I picked up from your Glen Burnie, MD store. First the outside lights were out so I could not find the location and had to circle around two times and then finally found it. Walked in and the employees were half asleep and just busy on their phones. It looked like a ghost town. I ordered the family meal for 3, turkey dinner for thanksgiving and the manager informed me that they can only accept cash since machines are broken and could not provide me with a receipt either. I picked up the meal and we sat down to eat last night and both my son and I literally threw up at the same time since the food was horrible. Mashed potatoes tasted liked boxed powder, mac and cheese had no flavor, turkey had a weird smell and was raw in the middle, sweet potato was horrible. Only item that I could chew on was the corn. Corn bread was horrible as well. It truly ruined our thanksgiving dinner and I am very upset and disgusted. That store needs to be shut down. I cannot believe the poor quality of food and service we just received.

Desired outcome: I will never order from another boston market again.
Boston Market - Customer service
Ms Tee has a bad attitude. The customer before asked for meatloaf. She responded,”we don’t have meatloaf today!”with no apology. The customer said, “my family all wanted meatloaf”. Her response, “O.K. I sensed the rudeness and the lack of empathy for not fulfilling the customers needs. The customer walked out and she clearly did not clear. She then proceed to hostilely serve me. She seemed very cold and disconnected. I am a returning customer. The lack of customer service drove me away. I recently returned because of the exceptional service I received from Mr, Odan. At one point, Ms Tee stood behind him with her mouth twisted up as he was serving me. She then stormed outside and lit a cigarette. I will not return to Boston Market and deal with such unprofessionalism and disrespect! She is not an asset to this business. Mr, Odan is always very friendly and represents Boston Market well.

Hello,
I had initially tried to find a customer service number to report my concern, but was unable to do so. I reached out by email on the main website at the beginning of the month with no response back. On July 26th I visited the Boston market location that I have for over a couple decades in Glen Burnie, MD. I have always loved Boston market and never had too many issues. This last visit was just horrendous. Myself and my family would sometimes visit Boston market a couple times a week, that's how much we loved this place. On our visit, which was around 5:05 PM, upon walking in, we noticed that there were hardly any sides, and what was there, looked extremely old and only half full. Many side containers were empty as well with this being dinner time. The young lady that took our order seemed to be bothered that we even wanted to order. We chose our meals with what was available and went to pay. The young man at the register Was unable to ring up anything. I'm sure this was due to poor training. I had also showed him a coupon. Thinking that he may have been new, I allowed 10 minutes to go by while he tried to figure it out with no avail. Then I had to call out to another employee to ask if it was possible for someone to possibly help him so we could move on with the transaction. I noticed there was nothing out in our bags besides our meals. I had first told them that I would like to dine in, but they said that was not an option. At this time all restaurants are open in our area and this is the only one that is still not allowing anyone to dine in which we did not understand. In that case, we begrudgingly had to get takeout. When noticing there were no supplies in our bag, I asked for some. To our surprise, they did not have butter, utensils, or even drinks. Now this is about the third time I have been there and they told us that the soda machine was down. The only drinks available in the store were milk and diet Coke. Which were sitting up in a refrigerated case on a counter. The gentleman in front of me who ordered food was quite upset as well and had said he had never seen anything like this in all the years of coming there. I had to agree with him. The staff has completely changed dramatically. I remember always walking in and seeing smiling faces and being greeted. This whole experience was just unbelievable and I am hoping and praying that we do not lose this location as the one down the road has been shut down. Thank you for listening to my concern, and I hope that action is taken at this location so we do not lose out on a great restaurant.
Update: Someone finally responded back to me on Facebook messenger asking how they could help to only find out that they have now blocked me from posting on their page or writing to them on messenger. The only thing I had posted on their page was asking if anybody responds to the messages and if there was a customer service number to report a concern. Well done Boston Market.

ordered chicken and two sides two order. chicken was cold (reheated several times) and dry did not have sweet potatoes so we took broccoli and creamed spinach... all food was cold went to counter and asked for hot gravey to heat up the food... sergio gave us bbq sauce which was also cold and claimed they did not have gravey...no appology just the facts...my 95 year old mom went up to complain and she was completely ignored...contacted on phone . female mgr and she said should have told us earloer i said i did. she hung up on me. i have been a customer for almost 20 years and my 95 yr old mom and me were treated with disrespect. both employees should be fired...e tremont ave bronx ny 10465.
