Mercy Medical Center - service was very very bad. crnp was rude and uncaring.

CRNP Lana Kim is in the wrong field. She should not even be allowed to work with animals. She was very rude and ASSUMED she knew my illness. She spoke to me as if I was lying and was very belittling to me. She never took my weight or height but it was noted on my after visit summary as if she did, she just made up some numbers. Maybe she was upset she had to work that day. She said i did not need the medication i was in and said she was lowering the dosage, as if she knew the amount of pain i was in. I told her this is why i am hete to fing out what is really going on because I am tired of just taking medication. she also told me people dont go to the E.R. due to back pains because it's not considered an emergency. I told her i could not move and had to be taken by ambulance. Everything i was trying to explain to her she kept making faces as if i am exaggerating. I asked for a MRI just to KNOW what was my situation since i have been suffering with my back over 5 years and the medicine and physical therapy seem to not be as effective and i wanted to know what my other options are, and this time the pain was lasting longer and was stronger. She then asked me what am i going to do after the MRI, i was shocked as i thought to myself, this is why i am here for you the doctor, the professional to tell me what i need to do. I had the worst experience. She acted as though i went in for medicine and work letter to be off work. Very disappointed and i hope for her sake I really dont have a serious condition. This was the highest level of discrimination i have ever experienced and hope she does not treat other people this way. I am the manager of a financial institution not a perdon on welfare. I am paying for the treatment and care i was looking for not asking for anything for free.
