I visited this NTB location for an oil change appointment on a Saturday afternoon. A particular associate, Brandon, was unnecessarily disrespectful and rude to me while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I had my young daughter with me, and he must've been annoyed as she was restless and accidentally knocked down a magnetic sign. The sign was not properly or efficiently hung, but he rudely insinuated that I was not watching my child. My daughter simply sat in a chair next to the sign, and it fell down. Coincidently, I have a family member who works at this location. I was later informed that he called me a derogatory name when I left the store. I am furious that he referred to me as a "f@#$&% [protected]@#$%" when I left the store over such a minor and insevere incident involving my child. It is my understanding that he is a manager, and I dont believe that someone who speaks about customers that way should hold such a title.
