I ordered the 3-D drawing pen for my Grandson for Christmas. When I first put in the order I used my smartphone and could not find the place to insert the coupon for a lesser price. So, I stopped the transaction and went to my computer and put in the order with the coupon code. A few minutes later I received 2 emails confirming the purchase of the 3-D drawing pen. I do not need 2 pens! I immediately phoned Sharper Image and waited online for 15 minutes before finally getting to speak to a customer service representative (named Lynn) who told me she could not cancel one of the orders because I had waited too long to call (15 minutes which I spent waiting the phone to talk to a customer service representative!) She said I will receive the two separate orders and will have to return one and will have to pay return shipping and other fees. I am 79 years old and do not want to have to get out and go somewhere to return an item when I did everything possible to cancel this order.
Desired outcome: I want Sharper Image to cancel the first order for $146.
