It's junk. Every week clothes get caught under the agitator. Have to remove the agitator to get the clothes free. Usually wrapped around the agitator shaft. I have had the washer now 5 weeks. Bought it at Menards in Wyoming Mi. Went down and tried to talk to them but it's a dead end. Was told had to get a hold of the company first and get the ok. Did some investigating and found out Criterion is Menards brand name and they own the company. Impossible to find a phone number but did fill out a complain form. It said 2-3 business days for return answer. Two weeks now and nothing. this is what the receipt saids 4.5CF TL WASH AGIT WHT 4510166 $598 10/07/23
