I was sold a package of multiple areas of Ultherapy- the Upper Face- Lower Face and the Full Neck. After paying for it- Getting financing as suggested for by the sales woman- (Can't be protected for fraud by credit card company if we use their financing suggestion) Smart move on Ideal Image part! Pro Scammers- Next level-
I arrived for treatment and was told I couldn't do Ulthearpy on my neck since I had previously received threading treatments somewhere else... It was contraindicated for the area of threads... I had threading in my lower face, jawline, under my chin and my neck.
I proceeded to do the upper face treatment- and they asked when I wanted to schedule an appointment for the lower face. They try to map out all your visits booking them enough weeks apart for services so you have four weeks in between. I arrived for my next appointment after being booked in advance - the appointment was for the lower face this time- I was booked for an hour for this service- Yet we finished shortly after we started - it was fifteen mintues in and she said we are done. I asked why we booked for an hour and she said I was contraindicated for the rest of the service due to the threading I recieved so I wasn't able to complete the lower face (which I was told was being serviced when purchasing this part of the package) I wanted the jowls and chin area that was my main reason to buy it- I actually mentioned threading when purchasing it that the threading didn't do what I wanted it to so this area would be nice to treat as it was my biggest concern. The provider said Yeah- I already got reimbursed for the lower face when they cancelled my neck as the neck and lower face overlap the same area so it isn't a big deal that she had to stop before doing the rest of the lower face (more than 50% of service I purchased) she was rude and kept repeating that I got money back for that with the cancelation of the neck area- BUT I PAID for two whole areas- FULL NECK and FULL LOWER FACE ... her argument was void of common sense... I paid a seperate price to recieve a second service that was not performed in full and was not told that it was not going to be performed when the service began- I feel taken advantage up - BAIT and SWITCH. Gaslighting. Same thing - I spoke to someone named Brittany that said someone from magangment would call me at to take care of me and that the case was escalated this went on for months... Someone named Cody was going to help me but when he said he shared the story with management they agreed a refund was due for the lower face that was started but not completed because they didn't allow me to treat the lower face fully- He promised to call and didn't for a few times back and forth- CRICKETS- I wrote a formal email and complaint online- He immediately called to say he wanted me to sign for my refund and his managers approved my refund for this second area - I signed it and in the 7-10 days he promised the amount would be credited back to Ally lending - NOTHING! Again - lies. I waited several weeks and contacted Ally Lending as I didn't see the deposit on my account they said NO refund was made since FEB- (the full neck). Ideal Image didn't refund the Lower face as promised on June 15, 2023. CODY called me on the 15th of JUNE and said I needed to sign immediately and they were just waiting on my signature- for refund. PROFUSLEY apologizing for what I have been through for staff to his own lack of follow- through. He said he really wanted to take care of me and was there to make things right. I saw the refund was set for the same exact amount as the neck $581.00 and he also said on the phone it was for $581.00 which was not the exact price of the lower face which was more around $530.00... I thought after months of crap customer service I am just going to sign it and stop arguing with them only to find out that - they wont' honor our conversations for refunding the lower face as they say they already refunded me the $581.00 previously- SLIGHT of Hand... But alas the incompetence of Ideal Image. No call backs for leadership- bad sales reps - misrepresentation of services being provided. I don't feel anyone there care about or understands the business they are in from the sales to the customer service reps to the shady tech girl. I don't qualify for a second reimbursement for the neck at $581.00 so they had to cancel it- I didn't ask for the neck to be reimbursed a second time- I wanted to LOWER FACE to be refunded. They are playing games with me - and want to exhaust me as a customer. Brittney in customer service put me on hold for 37 minutes without checking to see if I was ok- She said there are lots of Brittany's there and I had not spoken to her before when I said you promised to escalate my case a month ago and never took care of me- SHE was not apologetic or supportive... THEY all drink the cool - aid to take advantage of the customer -A REFUND FOR THE LOWER FACE WHICH WAS PROMISED BUT NOT RECIEVED AS SOLD! The service was stopped by the technician saying I can't have the ULTHERAPY on my lower face as I previously had threading and am contraindications for the service as book. We finished in fifteen minutes of the one hour slot we booked since I wasn't a candidate for receiving the treatment I paid for the FULL LOWER FACE and suddenly was informed we are stopping as she can't treat the lower face. TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER - Refund for the BBL treatments that haven't been performed. I told CODY and the Woodbury clinic I have Rosacea and Eczema and felt my face looked extra red and hyperpigmented after the treatment and I want to be reimbursed as the contract expires - CODY said he himself will reinstate my contract and not to worry- LIES! I
Desired outcome: A REFUND FOR THE LOWER FACE WHICH WAS PROMISED BUT NOT RECIEVED AS SOLD REFUND for BBL two remaining treatments
