We were at the restaurant at 435p on Nov 1, 2019. There was a couple seated inside when we arrived. I am complaining this time because it's the second time we have been there in a few months and both visits were awful! Anyway, there wasn't a clean table in the place. When i asked if they could wash a table for us because they were all dirty, i received an eye roll and she told me to look for the cleanest table. The potatoes were old. Runny with a brownish tint. Chicken was cold and there was literally only 3 pieces of chicken on the whole buffet. We waited 20 minutes before they put out any biscuits. Both garbages were so full that people had already stacking many plates on top of the garbage before we even arrived. Around 5pm, more people started arriving and they also complained about no clean tables. Finally, they wiped off a few, but garbages were never emptied and it was just dirty and gross! The look of the restaurant since the remodel is nice but it is filthy inside! I worked at a KFC right out of high school, over 28 years ago, and the managers i had would never have been ok with the way that place is being run. If i would have been a mystery shopper, or whatever they're called nowadays (if you even have such a thing), they would've gotten the lowest scores and a general manager should be notified! 5-6 people should be more than efficient to get everything done. I worked in Spokane Wa and a crew of 2 or 3 at times got through many shifts without it affecting our quality of food, customer service or quality. Something needs to change.
