We bought the Rainsoft Water Treatment and after the three day return policy had expired found out that the financing which we understood to be interest free was actually 7.9%. When I called the Fenton office I spoke to the "manager" Dan and after some arguing was later told that we had bought the system and that his office had nothing else to do with the transaction and that it was a problem between us and Aqua Finance. He did not make any suggestions about what we could do to at least get a lower rate or who to go to. We do not have a problem with the system (at least not yet) but the office personnel was rude and refused to help us in anyway. The original salesman actually apologized to us for the misunderstanding but told us his "manager" would help us which was the last thing he did. If you do decide to buy a Rainsoft Water Treatment System make sure that you do not go through the Fenton MO office. They have a kiosk in Edwardsville at the Home Depot and if you sign up there you will the Fenton MO office.
