I purchased 1st sony laptop, vpceh1afx/b 11-26-2011 problems, exchanged for new one, 12-08-2011=install problems @ sony request exchanged — 12-16-2011 — norton and I think uniblue, came 30 day default on laptop — even though, I purchased 1yr subscription on lap top on 1st laptop, with norton and uniblue, both have been taking days from my subscription. I have tried in vain to contact both norton and uniblue, to discuss issue, I am hopfull that this complaint form will get results if not, I am up the creek, without a paddle. Thank you sirs, hope to get issue resolved shortly, geting pop up, only 7 days left on security.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
