powersuite
Powersuite had been installed for 6 months. It never seemed to be and help or hindrance. Started having problems with my laptop. Task manager said superfetch and powersuite were dominating hard disk usage. After a couple weeks of this powersuite, although task manager said it was running, locked up, wouldn't display the interface or boot. I uninstalled it, tried to download a new installation from uniblue per the link they sent me, but my virus checker wouldn't let me. Uniblue tried to get me to bypass my virus checker. I said 'no thanks'. No problem with superfetch since I got rid of powersuite

I request a refund on this 223.96 back to my credit card immediately.

Completely regret I bought uniblue's driverscanner dec 8 2015, as it never worked. Always throwing errors my way. Uniblue's technical support was absolutely horrible. They sent me down many unsuccessful and time-consuming paths. All "support" (meaning the lack thereof) was done via email only, and they would never agree to speak via phone. I spent over 5-months emailing their tech support group back and forth. Eventually I finally gave up after a proposed solution crashed my laptop, costing me $60 to fix at the local pc repair shop. I then very reasonably asked for a full refund, given the fact that their product never worked. They refused the refund request. Warning, steer clear of uniblue and all their offerings. Of course, unless you have the money and the time to waste. I have neither. But I now understand why they put their hq in malta… as good a place as any to hide out… when you have such rogue products and services. (steaming in st. Louis)

On August 8, 2015, I was charged $29.95 for services from CBA*Store Uniblue. I cancelled their service over a year ago and should not have been charged again. I have seen complaints from others having the same issue with CBA*Store Uniblue. I have sent them an email requesting a refund and plan to also call them. I purchased the Powersuite program online from Uniblue.com. I could not get it to completely load and it kept popping up with more programs to purchase and further problems. I really had no problem with my computer prior other than it seemed to be running a little slower. I ended up having to purchase a new tower 3 days later as mine was trash. Had an IS person look at it and he felt the program I tried to install may have actually had a virus that was built-in, so as to make people purchase more programs to try to fix the problem. I have tried unsucessfully to reach their customer service-on hold for hours, literally. Also none of the links in the confirmation email work. I also cannot print a "Submit a Ticket" page with their identification at the top and it keeps telling me that my sluppor4t portal session has expired. I have what I can get and have submitted it to the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau, our local State newspaper and our Lt. Governor. I will continue to campaign against this scam and I do expect a response to this complaint.

I have been "purchased" Uniblue Power boost for my computer in 2011. Cleverbridge AG or The company uniblue that purchased "unknowned" product that value USD29.95, Thay has no info me that why I purchased .Now I know Cleverbridge has a history of doing this after they find out you purchase from Uniblue. I complaints as this is sufficient to be penal crime that unauthorized charge by the purchased person. A couple of years ago I applied for Uniblue to help solve the problem of a slow computer. Uniblue was not the answer. It made my computer run even slower. Over a year ago a computer technician removed Uniblue from my system and that solved my computer troubles. I, incorrectly, thought your company would detect that I no longer had Uniblue in my computer and discontinue to send Uniblue updates. On October 11, 2011 your company made a transaction and a charge was posted on October 13, 2011 in the amount of $29.95. Another transaction was made on October 11, 2012 and posted to my visa on October 15, 2012 for a similar amount. I am requesting a refund of $29.95 to be posted to my Visa account (you have that information). Please discontinue any further Uniblue updates.

I was charge for software that I did not purchase through this company. I sent a complaint to the bank for charge on the card and PFCU sent me a letter stating that I authorized the charge because they called the company. There are so many fraudulent charges from this company that there should be something else that should be done for repeat offenders.

I purchased Uniblue's Registry Booster and was then encouraged to purchase their "full Power Suite" which I upgraded to. When I ran the full Power Suite one of the checks was for "SpeedUpMyComputer." When I started to run that portion of the check it asked me to provide my information and my credit card number. I was a little annoyed (how many "upgrades" is this going to take?") but I wanted the "Full Program" so I provided it. Then, when I returned to the Power Suite program I saw that t was included in that program. I wrote and askedthem to refund the double charge I had paid and am getting th run around and a refusal for a refund of the second charge.
The set up for their program is pretty ridiculous considering this is a computer software company. I have been overcharged $29.95 and they are non-responsive and non-customer service oriented. This is ridiculous because I submitted them both of my invoices and it's clear it was a mistake for me to purchase the same thing twice. Their set up for purchasing and then running this program is designed to confuse and create this issue!

I bought Registry Booster February 2011. It worked for a while until April 2011 update. After update empty white window comes and stays frozen on the screen forever. 9 emails and weeks of waisted time on complete useless answers with no results at all. I demanded a working product or a full refund. Uniblue did not give me any of them. Final blurb was about my antivirus amy be at fault or something else they don't know. Also they send me a link to old version.
Do not trust this bad company. They do not support their products, do not provide working updates and stonewalling all your requests.
In short, they do not deserve to be in software business period. Do not pay them any money or you sure will be sorry.

In Dec.2011 I purchased "Uniblue Registry Booster"for $ 29.95
Person claimed product would protect my system for 5 years
now Cleverbridge Agent called and tells me "I must upgrade
to "Systweak Registry pro" for $ 39.95 so I purchased it.

ON or about 24 October, I attempted to use the free services to regulate my computer through Uniblue. I used 6 free services and was then led to believe that further services wouldd be charged at the rate of $29.99. I called in, gave them my card number, and then found out I was refused by my Master Card company. I then inquired why I was refused and was told because of suspicious activity on my card. I then considered the matter closed. The next day, a clerk reran my card, without my specific agreement, and my card was indebted for the sum of $29.99. I have not used the service and even contacted Sears Credit Card services to see what the result was and I was told that the charges were pending. I was told I could dispute the charge, which I did. I was then told I had to contact Uniblue to inquire why the cahrge was made. I am now doing that. I don't want to use the services of a company that so blatantly charges their clients before specific agreement is made to incur a charge on my account. After practicably being forced into buying this piece of ### soft ware! first they offer a free scan of your system then you are told that your system has many errors and that to repair them you need to down load their soft ware but after you download their [censored]ware they then tell you it will cost you $59 and if you do not pay then you are stuck with this crap on your system so after paying the ransom for my system to be returned to me and have these many fake errors fixed and having my pc speed down insted of up like they claim ! then every time you turn on your system it seems to have found even more fake errors even if you have not used your system or even better is i tried installing a new version of windows and then reinstalled uniblue crapware and as soon as it was installed it told me that i had 43 errors ! i had not even used the new install of windows yet so it would be imposable to have even 1 error which proves that this crapware provides fake positives and who knows what else it does to your system ? but i do know this every time i turn on my computer i get a report that uniblue powersuite is tring to access the internet ? why would that be does it need to report your actions on your system to some where or some one ? so my only option was to uninstall this crapware but its not that simple to completely uninstall this pile of malware it took over two days to completely get rid of every last part of the program and i am still wondering if it has some of its malware hiding some ware in my system I can not believe that this company is certified by microsoft i can not believe that microsoft would even be associated with this company i guess that says a little about them to any way to sum the whole of this complaint is that i cant express enough to anyone thinking about using any thing with the name uniblue dont waste your money if you want waste 60 bucks go out for a good meal or get drunk ;-) or something but do not waste your time or money on some thing that claims to speed up my pc !
BEWARE! This company is using a billing address outside of the US. This results in an International Transdaction Fee. While there is a US address on the site; the company bills with a foreign address. Their website doesn't indicate that their fee for services is processed outside the US.

This program is just a big piece of [censored]. I've tried different versions of it during the last few years and it's always the same story after doing it: PROBLEMS, PROBLEMS AND MORE PROBLEMS. This time I had to repair Windows Media Player, the audio drivers and re-install a few programs that didn't work after Uniblue's "maintenance". I keep trying every version of it and this year is the last time I do it. If you want a good maintenance program use TuneUp Utilities. Been using it since 2009 and it's the best maintenance software you'll find. It solves the problems instead of producing them. To update your drivers use Driver Genius. LAST TIME I INSTALL THIS CRAP ON MY COMPUTER! I have nothing to do with TuneUp Utilities or Driver Genius and my only intention is to prevent people from this "maintenance" assassin program. Really sorry for those who paid for it if someone actually did.
