Date was 9/26/21 got there at 430 left at 6:30pm... First they tried to seat 5 people and a baby to a 4 person table, when we asked to be moved to a round booth bigger table for our family both Hostess and Waitress were acting as if it was a problem for us to have a bigger table! Then the first set of drinks the waitress spilt on the table, NO sorrys, NO napkins. I used my tissues to clean up mess, not even 10 minutes there my drink wasn't even Half empty when she reached past my face a grabbed my drink with my straw still in it. she came back with more ice than soda, yet again spilling the drink on the table leaving me with less drink more ice then when she took it. That was my last refill of all our drinks, yes my cup was empty full of ice the remaining of our stay, she didn't refill any of our drinks during our meal Still NO napkins even after asking for the napkins 3 times. The fries which she gave us only 2 small baskets with fries soaking in ranch the ranch cup were sideways in both baskets, 3 out of 5 of us wanted plan fries not soaking ranch fries during our stay. unlimited NO, hot fries NO. Food came I had salad this is 45 minutes after we ordered not seated, still no napkins and no silverware! I had to get up and get my napkins and silverware. I should of did the same for our drinks because ice is not a drink of soda. she came over once after food came out asked how our food was and walked away before we answered. Didn't see her again till she asked us if we were together for the payment! I don't know her name because she wasn't wearing a name badge and never introduced herself and her long hair black should of been pulled back.
Notes: Tips come with Good service, I don't care if your having a bad day or if your new. if you look at your guest as a dollar sign and be tentative to their needs you will be rewarded. I have been in the service industry for over 30 years and never saw service like We received yesterday. I would never be so rude to a guest which she treated us like we were invading her space! Please properly train your employees proper etiquette of serving. and maybe you restaurant will get better reviews. and Tips will soar
Don't fire the or let them quit Train them to be better! Thank you from a customer that will not be back!
