We placed an order online For a chicken Sandwich and Chicken Fajitas on 11/24/2019. First, My fiancé attempted to use a gift card but was told the system didnt work for gift cards at 9:04 pm Est. Resulting in my fiancé having to use his debit card (not their fault). Upon arriving home (20 minutes away) I check my Fajita order and they did not include the tortillas for my fajitas! there should always be someone reviewing the orders before they're given to the customer. I called the store to let them know and the person over the phone said we can come back which is a major inconvenience and when the call ended she called back and asked if I'm sure I looked in the bag as if we made a large corporate order. They need to do better! the order was too small to make this kind of mistake.
