Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln - Poor customer service and invalid charge

This was the worse customer service and management ever. We will never go to them again for an issue or maintenance or recommend anyone to them. Check engine light was on and I already knew it was the fuel pump per my paperwork from auto zone computer read. I called and made an appt for this issue to be checked to find out if it was the front or back fuel pump on a Ford fusion. I was already advised of a charge for $199 for a diagnostic test. I had an appt at 10am on Tuesday 11/7/23 and specified my issue. I sat and waited almost 6 hrs in the waiting room. They finally came and said they couldn't find anything wrong, but said I should get some other test done that cost $900 and I said no. Then they suggested I look at buying a new car. Again I said no. Then 15 mins after that I get a text saying my car was finally ready. They never advised me anything about what I requested and then tried to sale a new car to me. I was forced to pay $199 + tax for a diagnostic test to tell me nothing was wrong, but I had paperwork in hand prior to coming to the dealership advising me of why my check engine light was on (fuel pump). As soon as I drove off now when I shift gears car is jerking like the gears are stuck or something very hard and it never did this prior to coming to this appt. I took the car back the very next day and spoke with a female manager and the tech who lacked customer service and wasn't trying to look at my car to find out what was going on. They claim they didn't do anything wrong and refused to look at it again. I just want my car back the way it was before I came here. I've never had any major problems with my car. Not only was I charged $199 and waited 6hrs for nothing, but now my car is running in very bad shape. I just want my car fixed, some answers, and my money back for a so called diagnostic test.

Desired outcome: I want a refund of $199+ taxes and for my car to be looked at in regards to the gear shift as I did not have this issue prior to coming here and want answers.
