Yoooo there manager tyler broke my battery then had to rent me a car from enterprise! I took the car back to mavis not knowing I could have took car back to enterprise because tyler said ms. Couch I got u, no problem I can take it back. The sat their at there store fro two weeks as they joy ride and wrecked the vehicle. I had already relocated to california not knowing they still had the car. The rental was in mavis name. When is fickling to me is why am I being targeted to pay for damages knowing damn well I did not have the car and I left the next day mavis had fix my car. I spoke to all these so called high up managers fake guys trying to save each butts. Good ole boy system. I am not falling for that. I am a female who works hard and I am not going to pay for something I know I had nothing to do with it. Enterprise called me like ms. Couch you bringing the car back? I said excuse me the manager stated he was bringing it back? Tyler never brought the car back. Okay when I dropped the car back it was on camera that nothing was damaged on vehicle and why am I being punished for mavis mistake and yes their manager tyler still works their after he wrecked the car. That is so not customer service that is a crock and dishonesty. I just got my mail and enterprise reporting me to a debt collection looking for the $979 dollars in damage that tyler the manager from mavis in charlotte, nc on north tryon street has caused. He get's a slap on his hand and keep his job. If that was a black manager and I was a white woman. Go figure how all thi swould have been played out and I would not be on her voicing some serious concerns. This is madness and I already reported you guys to the bbb and will be reporting you the naacp as well as legal shield. I am going to fight this to the end. This took place in august and still a problem. If I was a guy this would never been an issue. This is some bs.
Desired outcome: STILL FIGHTING FOR WHAT IS RIGHT AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE THEIR EMPLOYEE MADE
Mavis Discount Tire - tires / oil spilling all over my engine
Dear Complaint Department
I spoke with the manager explained my situation and which two tires needed changing first, one that was losing air every day because of a leak in the air entry tube and i had to fill eight pound of air every morning, and the other one that had a nail in it.
I went to this mavis location to get two tires, just two tires new one
ieverything i thought was fine, until the next day at work
my engine was running very strange and the engine oil light came on in my car.
i pulled over open my hood and found my oil cap in the wiper bay and a tool there from the mavis shop, my top of my engine was covered in oil from the open oil portal with no cap on it. I was very upset, i was only getting tow tires, what were they in my oil cap, i didnt autorized any work there, only two tires.
so here the results from my visit, oil all over my car, stop on the side of the road
had to be tow to a AAA service station for 115 dollars, and the cleaning of my engine bay 30.00 and the oil change needed 23.00. so i now stuck with a bill for 168.00 dollar bill for getting two tires at MAVIS TIRES, my solution os to pick another MAVIS tires shop to get the other two tires needed, and for you to honor my price of 220.00 for two tires, less my credit of 168.00 leaving me 52.00 for the balance so i can get two more of the same tires, I do not want to go to orginal tire store, there is one in concord NC, please email me back at [protected]@gmail.com
so I still go every morning to fill up the tire that was losing air, they took the wrong tire which i told the manager i needed gone, horrible customer service.
