I was shopping online and looking "specifically" at the products that were *IN STOCK* so I didn't have to wait to get work done. When I arrived at the store 19.4 hours AFTER I had placed the order, (how many times does your website say "ready in 30 minutes"?), I was met with another lie from the district manager telling me he hadn't had time to pull my order. Dude, just say you haven't done it yet, ok? 7.5 hours of being open and you haven't had time? I'm calling [censored], and I did. Then he said, "well, I only have 1 employee". One excuse after another instead of being honest and saying he forgot. I would have been cool with that but you [censored] me then apologize and THEN say "I appreciate ya"? Who the [censored] taught you people to do business? So here's where the other lie comes in from Advance. The district manager tells me it looks like one of my parts haven't even been delivered. I showed him where my order said "in stock" and I only ordered them because they were "in stock" but it turns out they really weren't. So, your website provided me false information in order to secure my money. He said sorry, that happens. Oh damn! You guys already know this? You're selling it to me anyways?
Desired outcome: Stop lying.
