I ordered a fruit bouquet for my cousin on February 3, 2023 to be delivered on February 14, 2023 and she did not get it. I'm still trying to track it and still says order received by the store. So they have not even attempted to look at my order but yet they took my money. The store is in Fayetteville, NC on Skibo Rd. I have left a message on the store phone with no return phone calls. I have waited for long periods of time for a live person but yet I get sent to a voicemail. I have sent in several contact emails from me and my recipient on the website.
Desired outcome: I would like for my product to be delivered and part of my money back. I need a personal apology from the store.
