This is the fifth time I have complained about being told they are out of gizzards! It would seem to me that the managers could figure out how much gizzards they need to order to last them until the next order arrives. This seems to occur each week Friday through Sunday (the busiest time of the week)! I have been a loyal customer for many, many years, and now my loyalty is waning and may be forced to go elsewhere with my family to get chicken fare. Please straighten this mess out! I am tired of this mismanagementI am sick and tired of thier excuses!

I realized something is wrong with this KFC store. Twice I bought a meal there they miscounted the 10- piece that ordered. I believe they intentionally miscounted the chicken. Now, question? Why do they do that? The customer paid for 10 pieces. Please give the customer what they paid for. I tried to call them to let them know the problem. Aha! The phone did not ring. That number that they had on the receipt is block.
Funny, can someone tell them to give me back my two pieces of chicken back? Seriously, it happened too many times.
