Conn's Home Plus

Bought a frigidaire stackable washer and dryer from conns a month ago. The washer hasn't been spinning completely out since I bought it. I called conns and they said I would be contacted by a technician in 24 to 48 hours. 4 days later, nonthing. I call back to get a replacement or have them give me a refund. I get the runaround about them not having a technician in my area and won't give a refund without a technician looking at it. I also contacted the BBB about this company. They are a scam.
