The food lion I live next to, I have been loyal customer for 15 years. I have been told different things in a three month period from employees about delivery service. I live directly across street and recently had a heartache, I no longer can shop as I use to. I have can not access any delivery service, first they said they deliver them that they don't. The online site never accepts my debit card. I get no straight answer. This store is horrible and apparently besides allowing hoarding, refuses services to certain individuals, why I can not know. I am livid, this is in acceptable and no complaint is ever responded to. I am very angry and demand that this store does not allow hoarding taking literally the food out of the mouth of loyal customers who built their business. Do I have to organize a boycott to get results and fair treatment? Do I have to hire a lawyer just to get food I depend on to live, and I have been a loyal customer. Many times I go to the store but they sell out of essential things cause they allow people to hoard. I will not stop til I get a reasonable answer to my questions, and better treatment as a loyal customer. Profit above people should be your motto, that is how you behave. Resolve your customer service issues asap or close. Sincerely a very concerned customer
