Dear mcdonald's, I have called and complained to you before about the service at mcdonald's I can not understand why you do not address the managers and train them to check behind their employees' work ethics. Are they sitting in the offices with the door closed... My complaint is the coffee for the 3 days in a roll I have received luke warm coffee. I can not stand it. Every time I go to this specific mcdonalds I always come away with disappointment. Is it the people that work there or is it the managers who do not know how to manage thre empployeess I don’t understand why nothing is never done. I either have coffee grounds in my coffee or it is cold or my nubmbr is tried out will lettece or bad tomatoes. I have been living in the neilghood for 15 years and have chose to go to this mcdonalds because it's right in my neighborhood. What is the problem with this mcdonalds? Goodness, I hate for people to stop going to mcdonald's because of the same service I receive. It is amazing how lazy people can teach and train your staff constantly. I am a director of management and know it takes consistency.. Will they do the same and become consistent in what they do? This is the mcdonald at battle ridge shopping center. If I received coffee at 330 in the afternoon I bett ten other people received it and walked away the same way I did. So sad.. Please address this situation. It is not the first time it happens quite often her. I promise you that.. Desired outcome: Train employees to stay consistent and managers should be checking throughout the day and reminding employees to keep their coffee hot, please...
