Olshan Foundation Solutions

Dec 2021 a salesman from Olshan Foundations out of Raytown MO was called to my home in Omaha NE to inspect possible need for foundation repairs. It was upon their recommendation that I opted to have cable lock system installed with the understanding it would re-level my home. $15,000. During installation they bore seven holes in the garage floor. Ruining the concrete floor. They tore through the drainage pipes underneath the garage floor in all seven holes. They proceeded to bury the cut pipes to conceal any damages. I caught them! I made them dig up all holes and replace piping on the spot. That’s when they told me they would not be able to level the house at all. I am still waiting on so called warranty paperwork. I was offered $500 for my “grief”.? I will not take it because it is my understanding that this house did not need ANY foundation repairs (only 1/2” out in NE corner) in the first place according to an inspector I hired a week after Olshan destroyed my garage floor and never leveled anything. Greensky lender rushed the payment through without my consent! Completely scammed!
