This company is unresponsive, and unhelpful. I have not been able to genuinely find any help in getting out of my timeshare and so I am submitting this complaint to make others aware of this situation. The way that I have been treated thus far is unfair. If someone has a complaint, then it should be discussed thoroughly with them. The customer is always right, as they say! I want to see some action taken, and maybe some compassion sure would be nice. I need to speak to someone soon. I’m getting more upset everyday.
Desired outcome: Give this 1 star for their none reaction to my plight. Want to get rid of timeshare.
Fantasea Resorts - timeshare ownership
We are seeking assistance with receiving a response from the company, Boardwalk Resorts formerly known as FantaSea, that we own our timeshare with. We are reaching out to you because we cannot seem to get through to any way with the company directly. We have expressed to them that we wish to cancel our timeshare ownership. We have made several attempts to reach out via mail and email, and have made calls to them to try to get this taken care of and the only thing you were willing to assist with was helping us transfer points. Now, we can not even seem to reach them at all after expressing to them we are no longer interested in taking that route. We just wish to give this timeshare back to them. We believe our contract # is 364131 AP0409/21. IF we could get some help getting in touch with them, we would greatly appreciate it.

This resort was rated 4* for out interval exchange. The photos of the rooms looked modern and clean. When we got here, we were shocked. We have used our exchange for over ten years and this by far is the worst. The room we were assigned was comparable to a motel 8, it was disguisting. The pipes rattled, the bed creaked, the decore was stuck back in the 70's. The still have tube tv in the rooms! When we complained, we were shuffled 3x and accomplished nothing. The answer we got was, they will send a maitenance guy for service and all the rooms arecthecsame as what we got. Only the show rooms units for timeshare sales are updated.
