Order # w1003290211-1: I placed an order for a friend who is nj staying with her friend as her mother is very ill and hospitalized. The address is: 64l kings arrow rd, stedwick village one, budd lake nj 07828, upon entering the address, the edible arrangements website stated that the recommended address is: 64l kings vlg, stedwick village one, budd lake, nj 07828. I approved use of the recommended address. The arrangement was delivered to the wrong person. The order was placed and was to be delivered on 3/29, it was delivered to the 2nd address on 3/30 and I was notified by the store on 3/31 that it went to the incorrect person (that person called the store). I was told that the arrangement could not be picked up and delivered to the correct address, as the fruit was turning. That nothing else could be done to assist me. I was told a manager/owner would call me as this was my request for a next step. Initially I was hoping that the store would send another arrangement to my friend. However no one has contacted me and it is 10 days later. I have spoken several times with thomas at the store, he is very nice, but brand new and does not have the authority to assist. I submitted a compliant on line, ref#: 3038912 ; I also attempted to call the corporate office through: [protected] and [protected], this resulted in a transfer to the store and to thomas.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for arrangement: $106.59
