I ordered a Large Epic Stuffed Crust Hawaiian Barbeque Chicken Pizza (delivery). The pizza I received was regular crust. I received my order at 10:25 PM and made a call at 10:30PM to ask them to correct my order. I only ate 1 slice of pizza. I was put on hold for 30+ minute. Finally, someone picked up, but they did not answer the phone. I could hear the background noise of the restaurant but no one would answer me when I tried to call for someone's attention. I called them back again right after at 11PM and was put on hold for another 30+ minutes. They didn't pick up this time. The restaurant closes at 12AM, and they deliver until 12AM. There was enough time for them to have correct my order if they had picked up and answered my initial call.
